We are pleased to announce the recent sale of a 2024 Porsche 911 S/T, chassis #103 of 1,963 produced, which closed on Bring a Trailer at $656,000. Finished in Gentian Blue Metallic over black and tan upholstery, this example showed just 1,297 miles at the time of sale.
The 911 S/T was introduced to mark six decades of 911 production, reviving a historic model designation from the early 1970s. Every S/T features Porsche’s 518-horsepower 4.0-liter flat-six from the GT3 RS, paired exclusively with a six-speed manual transaxle and mechanical limited-slip differential. Lightweight construction sets the S/T apart within the 992 lineup: carbon fiber body panels, thinner glass, magnesium center-lock wheels, and a single-mass flywheel reduce curb weight, making it the lightest modern 911.
This particular example was equipped with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, a front-axle lift system, heated power seats, a Bose sound system, and illuminated sill guards. A numbered gold plaque confirms its sequence in production.
The sale also reflects the unique circumstances of Porsche’s one-year lease policy for the S/T in the U.S. market. To discourage immediate flipping, buyers were required to lease their cars for twelve months before taking full ownership. As those early leases begin to expire, the market has seen a wave of S/Ts arriving at auction, with strong results underscoring collector demand.
The S/T represents Porsche at its most distilled: naturally aspirated power, manual gearbox, and real weight savings. This sale confirms the appetite for analog-focused 911s and highlights the continued strength of the limited-edition Porsche market.
