Vehicle and Payment Information: If you are an registered user, information about your vehicle, including its location, its license and other identification numbers, its service history, images of your vehicle, and your contacts. When you set up your subscription and schedule payments, you will share payment information with our secure payment processor Stripe.
- Internet or Network Activity: Your browser and device information, information on your interaction with our Website, your IP address, user ID, which pages on our Website you visit, and which websites you visited before or after visiting our Website.
- Other Data: Information about you, including your interests and preferences, that we collect via the Website or that you volunteer or submit to us, including via the Website, social media, and other platforms, when you contact us, or post a comment, message, or other form of communication.
How We Collect Personal Information About You
- Directly from You: We collect personal information you provide us when you create an account on our Website, complete a “Contact Us” form, or upload information about your vehicles. We may also ask you for information to enable us to provide a service to you and we collect this information by telephone, written/digital correspondence, or via the Website.
- Online Tracking Technologies: When you visit our Website, we or third parties we work with (such as Google Analytics) may automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and cookies. These technologies help us maintain the security of our Website and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, understand how people are using our Website, make our Website better, and assist with basic site functions.

- Provide you vehicle archiving Services in accordance with the terms of your subscription; Manage and administer our customer relationship with you;
- Provide you with information, communications or services you have requested and to contact you in relation to any queries you may submit;
- Conduct analytics to improve our services; to understand how you interact with our Website, improve our Website, personalize your experience and to provide you services;
- Present, optimize, and maintain the security of our Website and its contents;
- Register, maintain, and provide notifications to you about your Website Account;
- Detect and prevent fraud or other crimes;
- Manage your accounts, orders, invoices, and payments;
- Manage and provide technical support for products and services and an after-sales service.
How We Share the Information We Receive About You
We may share or disclose information: (i) with your consent or if you direct us to share personal information; (ii) to comply with your requests under applicable law; (iii) as disclosures amongst the entities that constitute our company, or as part of a merger or asset sale; and (iv) as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

We also take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that our third-party service providers reasonably protect and secure your information. If we becomes aware that a third-party service provider is using or disclosing information improperly, we will take necessary and immediate steps to end or correct such improper use or disclosure.
While we attempt to protect the information in our possession and account for the protection of information provided to our service providers, no security system is perfect and we cannot promise that information about you will remain secure in all circumstances. GDPR Notice

In general, when we are Processing your personal information, we are acting as a “controller”, as that term is defined in the GDPR.

Data Transfers
We Process and transfer Personal Data outside of the EEA and the UK, primarily in the United States. Whenever we transfer your personal information outside of the EEA and UK, we apply safeguards that are equivalent to those you have in the EEA or UK.
