We congratulate the new caretaker of the Royal Plum Lister, sold for $67,777. It’s a fitting next chapter for a car that blends period-correct style with serious engineering: a Beck Vintage Cars body and chassis, completed by Midwest Street Rods with a Lingenfelter-built 420ci V8, Doug Nash five-speed, and Corvette-sourced suspension. This Knobbly re-creation is not just a tribute to the late-1950s originals, but a fully developed machine with the right mix of performance and presence.
